Services included inspection of 15 libraries, evaluating existing conditions of drainage systems, pavements, walks, and sites. A master plan was prepared detailing costs and priorities for maintenance, replacement, and improvements to each site. The plan is currently used by the Toledo Lucas County Library sytem for future expenditures and planning.

Construction has been completed on a new 4,000 gallon per day, commercial wastewater treatment facility. The system consists of two 5,000 septic tanks connected in series, followed by a stage 1 Orenco AX-Max package plant. Discharge is onsite by means of a 2,000 lineal foot chamber, dosed, leach field. Design incorporates flexibility to install a Stage 2 treatment module, and uv disinfection. This will allow future offsite discharge. Services included complete design, securing the EPA permit, bidding, and periodic construction inspections. The treatment system is one of the largest on-site systems in northwest Ohio.
