Michael Cappelletty – Owner
Mike graduated from the University of Toledo in 1982 with a BS in Civil Engineering. Work experiences included Michigan Gas Utilities as an energy conservation engineer, McNamee, Porter and Seeley
Engineers as a project design engineer, and Jones and Henry Engineers as a project design engineer.
Cappelletty Engineering was started in 1990 as a sole owner engineering consulting business. Since then, Mike Cappelletty dba Cappelletty Engineering has designed hundreds of commercial and industrial sites, and dozens of commercial buildings. Mike performs multidiscipline design and CAD functions personally, and provides contract engineering services to other engineering firms, architectural firms, construction companies, and developers.
Since 2008, he has been teaching construction management classes at Monroe County Community College in the Associate Science and Engineer Technology Division. Classes include Surveying, Statics, Contracts, Mechanical and Electrical Sytems for Commercial Buildings, and Blueprint Reading.
